PRIYAVRAT P. MANDHANA
Mr. Priyavrat Mandhana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has also completed ‘Masters of Innovation and Entrepreneurship’ from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He was previously associated with Mandhana Industries Limited as V.P. – Corporate Affairs. He plays an important role in strategising and monitoring the retail business of the Company.
SANGEETA M. MANDHANA
Mrs. Sangeeta Mandhana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Calcutta University. Mrs. Mandhana has also done International Montessori course from London Montessori Centre, Calcutta and was into teaching for few years. With her expertise in designing apparel and outfits, she was previously heading the Design department of Golden Seams Industries Pvt. Ltd. as its Vice-President – Design.
MITESH SHAH
Mr. Mitesh Shah is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University 2000 batch and a Chartered Accountant - 2001 batch. He has also pursued a Diploma in Information Systems with ICAI in 2002.
Mr. Shah began his career with Mandhana Industries Limited - an apparel manufacturing company in 2001. During the tenure, he handled various projects successfully including the Initial Public Offer of the Company in 2010 and also the exclusive global license deal with Salman Khan promoted brand - Being Human Clothing in 2011.
He joined Ola as CFO in Dec’13 and had been part of the core management team till Jun’16. He played a pivotal role in the evolution of one of the biggest Start-up stories of India. In Jun’16, Mr. Shah joined Bookmyshow - one of the most fascinating success stories in Indian E-commerce world - as CFO where he spearheads the finance function and plays an active role in strategic business management. With his vast experience in the start-up world, nurturing and guiding startups have always been his passion.
With a view to mentor Founders across early stage startups with smart capital, Mr. Shah cofounded, Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) in 2018. IPV is one of the Largest Angel Investment platforms in India with 2800+ members, which works towards helping quality startups connect with CXOs & Professional Angel Investors and have access to their capital as well as domain knowledge. IPV has already driven investments worth more than $ 12 Mn across 45 startups across various sectors.
MVPH RAO
Mr. MVPH Rao possesses 29 years of experience in marine and constructions, Ports and related Infrastructure, with Contract Management and Arbitration etc. He is a Post Graduate (M Tech) – from IIT Kharagpur, 1991 batch and his academic qualifications include:
12 years - Marine related works- Project acquisition and Contracts, Strategy, Legal, Proposals, related dredging, Breakwaters, Reef, Jetties etc., under FIDIC documentation (2008- Till date)
17 years- Mumbai Port- Port Terminal Operations (technical); Projects related to Jetty Construction; Pipelines, Oil and Container Terminals. (1991-2008)
Core competence - Business strategy/ Project/ Contract Management/ Arbitration Currently (since May 2019) - Working as Business Advisor for Business Development and Contract strategist for identification and aligning the strategic partner for one of the mega projects in Philippines (500 MUSD) for a Brunei based firm, which is in the final stage of negotiations – EPC Contract and working on other projects, for strategy partner identification and contract formulation etc.,
11 years (Oct 2008 – April 2019) - Working for Marine / Port Construction and Dredging companies at Senior level, shouldering the responsibilities of Contracts, Chartering, Claims, Business Strategy, Business Proposals, Joint ventures, Strategy Partnerships, Settlements including arbitration, with Indian Private firms.
NV RAO
Mr. N.V. Rao possesses more than 30 years of professional experience, out of which 13 years in Textile Industry and 17 years in Software Industry. He has strong leadership and communication skills with expertise in team management and proven track record in handling complex strategic assignments.
He is in association with OSI Digital Private Limited, Hyderabad, designated as Director Solutions. He also worked as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Bloom Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad, a financial consultancy and Oracle e-Business Suite Implementation & Maintenance Company. Prior to that he has also worked with Pyramid Soft Solutions Private Limited, Northgate Technologies Limited, Andhra Pradesh Textiles (APCO), Mafatlal & DIGJAM and Hindustan Lever Limited. He is the first COO (Chief Operating Officer) to receive Excellence award from Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh - on revamping of APCO restructuring and tri-party agreement with NHDC (National Handloom Development Corporation).
PRAVIN NAVANDAR
Mr. Pravin Navandar is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India since 1985. He is a partner in M/s. Saksham Insolvency Resolution LLP (IBBI registered Insolvency Professional Entity).
Mr. Navandar has also addressed more than 25 meetings on IBC and is also faculty at Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). Mr. Navandar is a practicing Chartered Accountant possessing more than 35 years of rich experience in the field of Accountancy, Audit, Finance, etc., with a specialization in Project financing, Business valuation, Loan restructuring, drafting Resolution plans.
